These blew me away the first time I listened to them and they look very stylish and modern. No, they are not the greenish yellow you see in the picture, just yellow but they still look very good and stand out from the other rivals. Before these I had a pair of rasta colored Skullcandy clip-on-ear earbuds which were good, but sound quality wore out easily even just after a few months, they hurt after maybe a half hour of continuous use, and while they held on well, they sat on your ear in such a way that you can hear EVERYTHING around you and it made it hard to hear the music. I wanted to buy a regular earbud version like these but as Skullcandy's. Don't get me wrong; Skullcandy makes excellent over-ears with great quality but for running, they just seem to lack the X factor. After reading the reviews of the Skullcandy earbuds (and how poorly durable they are), I scrachted trying to look for those in the $15 range. I found these and didn't think much of them at the time. But with deeper search into these, I decided to take a chance with these. I know, there are a cheaper version of these but if you do not mind an extra $3, these have better sound, durability, and styling. Here are pros and cons to these to sum up real quick.Pros:-Superb sound, even for earbuds.-Look great and almost cool.-They're not Beats so you're paying for quality, not the logo.-Long cord, good for exercising.-About 75% noise cancelling. Really!-They are from Sony so you know you'll get a good long life out of these.Cons:-None so far! These are amazing in every way and at about $12 they are good value. Do not waste money on crummy earbuds with a "b" logo on them or ones that have fifty colors and a skull on them. Don't get the ones that are a few dollars less please because the money is seriously worth it. Do the math: Great sound + Great durability + Great value = Happy customer.I hope my review was helpful to many and I hope to post an update in a few months.UPDATE 9/3/14Still using these, still working fine, get compliments all the time on how they look. Again, these cancel noise unlike any other type of earbud, so when the family wants to listen to a radio station I hate in the car, I just plug these in and I literally do not hear a peep from anything but the great quality of the music. And I have no idea why people are complaining about the bass. Okay, first of all, they are earbuds. Yes, the sound quality is good, but it is hard to get much bass from any type of earbud. And secondly, most iPods and phones have a setting in which you can adjust the EQ. That's what I do on my iPod. I just click "bass booster" and it works fine. I have also noticed that these can get pretty loud for their size, not that I turn the volume up very high, though. The only con I can see is that I wish they had a mic. But, that would make the price go up ruining the great value. I still rate these a five and still recommend them for anyone looking for good earbuds. I cannot stress enough how much quality you get for the price of these. They are just simply amazing little things. I hope to post more updates as the months pass.
